ES3 Minerals is comprised of an experienced land team dedicated to actively seeking out owners who would most benefit from our investment strategy. We evaluate each property with its full, long-term potential in mind. Because of our diverse appetite and long-term strategy, we are able to pay more for any “stand-alone” asset than most would think it could ever possibly produce in royalty. We refuse to submit “blind” mail out offers without fully analyzing the asset and details associated with title. Experience has taught us that this provides the maximum value to the owner, who will receive a comprehensive summary of their property to ensure they are fully aware of the interests we are offering to acquire.
